World of Nations

Went to the World of Nations in Jacksonville today with some friends.  We had a great time and tried some really good food.  Connor ran around and got all the nations stamped on his passport.  That was a really fun quest for him.

We started out in Africa.  As you cans see it was very authentic and really gave you the sense of the country.

A very nice scent was burning.
Bear basted pig.

In Poland I had the best Pierogies.  They are an half moon dough filled with potatoes and sautéed in bacon.  I got one to try and went back for two more.  They were so good.  In Mexico I got a Coconut Cream bar and Oh my Goodness, it was so good.  Art had South Korean Dish called Bulgoui.  It was beef with Korean seasonings and rice.  Art said it was so good.  Connor got fried chicken and french fries.  Nothing special there.  That was no surprise.

There traditional dances.

There were a total of 34 countries.  It was a really great day experiencing all the cultures.
