RAIN...RAIN...and more RAIN

We are on day three of nothing but torrential downpours.  Everything is flooded.  We had to turn on the back flow nozzle to prevent the pool from overflowing.  All the grounds around The Cisco Kids School are like ponds.  I drove The Cisco Kid to Karate yesterday after school and all the roads were flooded.  Cars were pulled over because they had stalled out driving through the deep waters.  Tree are falling over because the ground is so saturated.

With all that said there is nothing left to do but (as the Chief would say)  hunker down and play video games.

The cat is having a love / hate relationship with this weather.  He loves it outside, but hates that when a squirrel runs by, he has to run out in the rain to chase it.  He is not happy right now.  He is looking at me through the window wondering when I am going to let him in.  But as soon as I do that, he want to go right back out.
